Disability Discrimination Act

The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) means that service providers such as GPs, dentists and pharmacists cannot discriminate against disabled people because of their disability. Discrimination could arise where, for example, a service provider did not offer an appointment to someone because of his or her disability.

Complaints Procedure

WSDOC Ltd no longer provides the Out of Hours Medical Service in West Sussex.

If you have a complaint relating to the service prior to 31/3/2008, you should write to:

We follow the NHS procedure for all complaints.

• We will acknowledge your complaint as promptly as possible
• We aim to investigate and respond fully within 20 working days.
• You should normally complain within 6 months of the event(s) concerned or within 6 months of becoming aware that you have something to complain about.
